JoAnne Jamison is a graduate of the University Of Baltimore School Of Public Affairs. She has over 30 years combined experience in Human Service Administration, Career Development, Employment Readiness and Early Childhood Education. Her love for family and children inspired her to take on her current role as Childcare Provider. She is the owner and Director of Milk and Honey Childcare Services LLC, a multi-site program located in Baltimore City. Mrs. Jamison passion for coalition building and advocacy lead her to establish and become one of the founding members of the Baltimore City Childcare Coalition. She is also a member of the Maryland State Department of Education Advisory Council; Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Peer Advisory Team; Baltimore City Child Care Resource Center (BCCCRC) Advisory Committee and the Baltimore City Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC). As a certified trainer with the Department of Education, Mrs. Jamison continues accentuate the importance of education and training in Early Childhood. She has established a collaborative partnership with two Baltimore City Public Schools, whereby each year; Mrs. Jamison provides jobs and internship opportunities to graduating seniors majoring in Early Childhood Education. Through this program, 90% of the participants have graduated from college, enrolled in college and/or working in the Childcare industry.
