Stephanie P. Williams, the youngest and only girl of three children, was born on December 3rd in Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Morgan State University in Business Administration. She lives with her life partner and husband of 30 years, Rodney, and together they have two children, Jonathan and Kellee. Stephanie quickly excelled in her career from a summer intern to a Deputy Division Director for Operations Budget Resources and Management Information at the Social Security Administration. She partners with her husband in numerous business ventures, including Environmental Inspections, Graphics & Designs, entrepreneurship opportunities and Real Estate ventures. The list keeps growing as new opportunities present themselves.
Stephanie is a leader, mentor and a successful business woman in her own right. She has an amazing work ethic, which includes the ability to lead and assist others. Stephanie has an astounding passion for giving back and helping others. She often goes beyond the call of duty while lending a helping hand.
Her community involvement extends to her long-time membership in the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., which is a united sisterhood of business and professional women striving for economic empowerment. The sorority’s mission is to encourage and assist women in reaching their professional goals. Stephanie is an active member of the Remarkable Women Ministry, where women embark on a journey of self-authentication. She is also a long-time faithful member of Wayland Baptist Church. Within the past 5 years, Stephanie has become affiliated with the Baltimore City Child Care Coalition (BCCCC), the Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC) of Baltimore City, the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and the Maryland State Child Care Association (MSCCA). She is the proud owner and director of Kreative Minds Early Learning Center in Baltimore City.
